Accordingly, a few months ago we launched a campaign to learn more about the level of satisfaction through surveys sent to each customer. Thanks to their collaboration by completing answering all our questions and queries, we can confirm very positive results, although there is always room for improvement and that continues to be our focus. The opinions and advice our customers have brought to our attention in these surveys have outlined how we can increase their satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>And we have not wanted to wait too long before addressing one of their suggestions. We have taken an <strong>important step towards innovating and improving our customer service<\/strong>. Next September\/October, our commercial agents will be presenting a new work tool. This <strong>action will be carried out in each of the 27 countries<\/strong> in which we work and <strong>customised for each country and\/or region<\/strong> because demands for <strong>paints, varnishes and resins<\/strong> vary depending on location, climate and season.<strong>The study carried out by our development department will help us customise the presentation<\/strong> based on these parameters and each customer&#8217;s requirements to provide the largest amount of information and results possible and an immediate update if customers so wish.<\/p>\n<p>The development and design of this new tool includes not only our new image and slogan, <strong><em>Covering your life<\/em><\/strong>, but also fulfils one of our commitments to the environment by the tool being made of recyclable cardboard and rather than plastic.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>over 70 years&#8217; experience in the field of varnishes and resins, Omar Coatings<\/strong> maintains its commitment to improving customer service. This new step is another example of our progress in this area in response to our customers&#8217; demands. And it will not be the only one we take along the road of continuous improvement.
