Over the last 70 years, different situations have made it possible for us to grow constantly and become a reference in our sector. In this time, we have focused constantly on our workers’ personal and professional training as the basis of stability and progress.
And now we are at the fore once again, this time with our other stakeholders. Some time ago, we launched a campaign for the development of future professionals by collaborating with workshop schools through the training of young students, some of whom come from social integration programmes.
These centres have excellent professionals and many of them have the vocation but often lack the resources to complete their work.
Omar Coatings (and, therefore, each person at the company) has contributed to this training and integration project and we hope to extend it to the countries in which we operate over the next few years.
In response to the challenge of an increasingly competitive environment, the General Management of Omar Coatings, S.A. decided to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System for the company’s Quality and Environment Policy.
As the body ultimately responsible for the implementation of the Quality and Environment Policy, Management is committed to supporting the implementation and maintenance of said Integrated Management System to achieve continuous improvement, fulfilling and ensuring fulfilment of the responsibilities and activities established by the company at all levels.
