Sales representatives from our company visited our customers in Belarus last September in order to share knowledge and understand the needs of this demanding market.
Eastern Europe is a region with strong contrasts between old and new in its cities and towns. There are large areas with buildings that are over half a century old alongside more modern and cosmopolitan constructions that have emerged in recent years.
Absorbing the culture, the exquisite hospitality and the different ways of understanding business, helps us to better understand the needs of the region regarding the characteristics of the materials, thus adopting the same requirements into our research and development technical department.
The wide climatic variability in Belarus, in terms of temperature, pressure and humidity, makes our technical and sales visits an extraordinary breeding ground for learning and pushing the limits of our varnishes and resins.
Furthermore, in addition to our lengthy visit and with the intention of continuing to improve our services beyond our borders, we are offering two-way training both at our facilities and in the destination countries, with general training and specific visits. The intention is therefore to share knowledge and improve products and applications in order to optimise the end result.
The result is plain for all to see, and all this would not have been possible without the continuous hard work by the entire COLORANT team, who ensure that our products are recognised as a benchmark for quality and service, making applicators smile due to their thixotropic and easy-sanding properties and their distribution of shades and textures.
Omar Coatings has become more and more active over recent years in all of the countries that have fortunately welcomed us, as well as with all of the distributors and sales outlets in each of these countries.
